Agreement

These terms apply when you visit or use Wytte websites including wytte.co and blog.wytte.co. By using the sites you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use them.

Using the sites

You agree to use the sites lawfully and respectfully. You won't:

  • Use the sites for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the site, its security, or other users.
  • Scrape content at scale or use automated systems beyond what robots.txt permits.
  • Impersonate Wytte or another person.
  • Submit malicious code, spam, or misleading information through any form.

Our content

All editorial, design, photography, brand marks, and code on Wytte sites are © Wytte unless otherwise noted. You may:

  • Read, share, and quote short excerpts of articles with attribution and a link.
  • Share Wytte links on social media.

You may not:

  • Republish articles in full without written permission.
  • Use Wytte trademarks, the wordmark, or the sparkle symbol commercially without a license.
  • Train AI/ML models on Wytte content without an explicit data-licensing agreement.

Your content

If you send us a message, sign up for the newsletter, or interact with a form, you grant Wytte a limited, royalty-free license to use what you submit for the purpose you submitted it (to reply, send the newsletter, ship an order). You retain ownership of what you write.

Products & orders

Wytte products are not yet available for sale. When they launch, separate sale terms will apply (covering offer, acceptance, pricing, taxes, shipping, returns). Pre-launch information on Wytte sites is forward-looking and may change before sale.

The Wytte Journal is editorial. It is not medical, dental, legal, regulatory, or financial advice. We do our best to write accurately but oral health is individual. Limitation of liability

The sites and their content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wytte is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the sites. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed ₹10,000 (Indian rupees ten thousand).

This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection rights you have in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will also be flagged at the top of the site for at least 30 days. Continuing to use the sites after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India, except where applicable local consumer protection law gives you the right to your own courts.
