Refund & Returns

The return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return on most Wytte products. If your order was a gift, the recipient can start the return using the order number from the gift note.

What you can return

Returns are accepted for items that are:

  • Unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Free of damage caused by the customer.
  • Accompanied by the order number or the email used to place the order.

If the outer carton is opened but the inner sealed pouches (strips, foam tubes, rinse bottles) are still factory-sealed, the order is still returnable.

Hygiene exceptions

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used oral-care products — once the inner pouch, tube, or bottle seal is broken. This is standard for cosmetics and oral-care goods in India and most jurisdictions, and applies regardless of how little was used.

If a product is defective, the safety rule above is waived — see the next section.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, write to hello@wytte.co within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number.
  • Photographs of the package and the issue.
  • A short description of what went wrong.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost, including return shipping.

How to start a return

  • Email hello@wytte.co with subject "Return — <order ID>".
  • We reply with a return shipping label and the return address (usually within one business day).
  • Drop the package at the courier counter or arrange pick-up via the label.
  • Once we receive and inspect it (3–5 business days), we issue the refund.

You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We pay for damaged or defective items.

Refund timing

  • UPI / cards — 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
  • Net banking / wallets — 7–10 business days.
  • Cash on delivery — refunded via UPI or bank transfer; we'll ask for details.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item per the steps above, then place a new order for the replacement. This keeps tracking clean and gets you the new item faster.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships at no charge — email hello@wytte.co with the order number and we'll cancel and refund. Once an order has shipped, follow the standard return process.
