Shipping Policy

Where we ship

At launch, Wytte ships across India to all serviceable PIN codes via our courier partners. Select international markets (UAE, Singapore, UK, US) will be added in phases — we'll announce each market on the newsletter before opening it.

Some PIN codes (typically remote rural addresses) may not be serviceable. The checkout flow will flag this before payment.

Processing & timing

  • Processing — within 1 business day for orders placed before 14:00 IST.
  • Metro & Tier-1 cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad) — 2–4 business days from dispatch.
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities — 4–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Remote PIN codes — up to 10 business days.

"Business days" excludes Sundays and Indian public holidays. Limited drop releases may take an additional 2–3 days to ship.

Shipping cost

  • Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • Flat ₹79 for orders below that threshold.
  • Express shipping (1–2 business days, metro only) available at checkout for ₹199.
  • International rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Taxes & customs

Indian GST is included in displayed prices. For international orders, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or local fees by your country's customs — these are not collected by Wytte and are not included in your order total. Check your local rules before ordering internationally.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking updates within 24–48 hours after dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for 3 business days, email hello@wytte.co with your order number and we'll chase the courier.

Lost, delayed, or undelivered

If a courier marks your order delivered but you haven't received it, check with your building reception or neighbours first, then write to us within 7 days with the order number. We open an investigation with the courier and either re-ship or refund based on the outcome.

For packages delayed beyond the timing windows above by more than 5 business days, we refund the shipping cost as a goodwill credit.

Address changes

If you need to correct an address, email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, we can request a re-route from the courier but cannot guarantee it; costs of re-routing or re-shipping may apply if the courier returns the package.
